The Guidelines set out the information to be provided in the application for authorisation and registration under PSD2 and apply to: (a) applicants for authorisation as payment institutions; (b) applicants for authorisation as electronic money institution; and (c) applicants for registration as account information service providers.</p>\n<p>Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, amending Directives 2002/65/EC, 2009/110/EC and 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, and repealing Directive 2007/64/EC 2 The Guidelines are annexed to this circular and available on the EBA website using the following link : <a href=\"https://www.eba.europa.eu/documents/10180/1904583/Final+Guidelines+on+Authorisations+of+Payment+Insti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\">https://www.eba.europa.eu/documents/10180/1904583/Final+Guidelines+on+Authorisations+of+Payment+Insti</a> tutions+%28EBA-GL-2017-09%29.pdf</p>\n<p>Applicants referred to in points (a) to (c) above are requested to refer to the Guidelines for the information to be provided to the CSSF as part of their application for authorisation and registration.
