\nThe prospectus regime This new version of the CSSF's questions and answers amends the former version (still available on the CSSF's website 1) with regard to legal, regulatory and other developments in the prospectus field. It should be noted that certain questions of the previous version have been left out as they are of minor importance or outdated, whereas other questions and answers have been clarified. Moreover, the questions and answers have been grouped according to themes for ease of reading.
