The purpose of it is, through general principles, to favour greater international mobility of students, researchers and employees and to promote the right to a fair, equitable and transparent procedure for recognising foreign qualifications.

That is why this law is especially important for us, because we of course have more students abroad with foreign diplomas than other, larger countries.
