\nFirst reading and vote on projet de loi 8330A, split off from projet de loi 8330, which removes the 35-year deadline for regularising the cadastre vertical under the 1988 law on publicité foncière; the bill was adopted unanimously by 60 votes with dispensation from the second constitutional vote.

With this change every reference to the deadline for regularising the cadastre vertical is taken out of the law, so the crucial date of 1 April 2024 no longer applies and the actors on the ground have no more legal uncertainty after that date.
