\nDebate on projet de loi 8355 amending the 2003 electoral law and the law on the Council of State, presented by the rapporteur as urgent so that the simplifications apply to the European elections of 9 June; resolution 1, signed by all groups, to reopen consultation on a wider electoral-law reform was tabled during the debate.

The changes consist in principle of various administrative simplifications and are to apply to the European elections of 9 June this year.

I will limit myself to welcoming that we are making a simplification here above all for the municipalities, because in future the data transmissions will run through the State computer centre and no longer through each individual municipality.
