establishment Centrale nationale d'achat et de logistique for the health sector passed 47 votes to 7 with 6 abstentions, after the opposition asked in vain for the vote to be postponed because the CGFP had opened a conciliation procedure over the private-law status of the staff.</p>\n<p>Jeff Boonen (CSV), describing the legal form of the new central purchasing
