\nTwo justice bills were before the Chamber: bill 8433A, which widens the diploma and professional-experience conditions for becoming an attaché de justice and was adopted unanimously with 60 votes and dispensed from the second constitutional vote, and bill 8488, which anchors the future prison for minors in the 2018 prison administration law and allows its director and deputy director to be recruited in advance.
\nAlex Donnersbach (CSV), stating that too many judicial posts stay vacant because of the access conditions:

We know that for years, and it is becoming ever more acute, there is a real shortage of Luxembourgers who meet the conditions to enter the judiciary.
