\nAs the last item of the sitting the Chamber debated and voted PL8519, which transposes directive (EU) 2022/2381 and sets a target of 33% for the under-represented sex among the directors of listed companies from 30 June 2026, with the CSSF as supervisor; the ADR announced a vote against and all the other groups gave their agreement.
\nDiane Adehm (CSV), stating which option of the directive Luxembourg chose:

Luxembourg has quite deliberately chosen the second option here: 33% at all levels.
