\nThe Chamber debated and adopted two civil-service bills implementing the salary agreement of 29 January 2025: PL8524 (points 3 and 4: access to the civil servants' pension regime after 12 years or at 55, and fonctionnarisation of state employees after 10 instead of 15 years) and PL8541 (points 11 and 13: a congé sans traitement for professional reasons and a dispensation from the preparatory training cycle), each adopted unanimously with 60 votes in favour and with the second constitutional vote waived.
\nMaurice Bauer (CSV), stating the estimated annual cost of the two measures:
