With this bill we want to give people who want to set up such a SARL in future more flexibility and to make the creation of such a SARL considerably simpler for them.

Concretely, this is about creating more flexibility when a SARL is set up. The paying up of the minimum capital of 12,000 euros no longer has to happen in full right at the incorporation, but within one year.
