\nFirst reading and vote on bill 8692 amending the law of 24 March 1989 on the Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat, which extends to about 540 BCEE staff the pension reform exception for public-sector staff employed before 1 January 1999.

The staff of the savings bank were forgotten in the law of 19 December 2025. The law we are voting today is to make up for that.
