\nThe Chamber debated bill 8702 creating a public European school in Schifflange, adopted by 55 votes to 5, and bill 8709 on the national parents' representation, adopted by 55 votes with 5 abstentions; an LSAP motion asking the government to harmonise minimum learning objectives was rejected by 35 votes to 25.
