On 16 October 2023 the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 790,000 on Swiss Life (Luxembourg) (Life insurance). The decision was published on 3 July 2024. The CAA describes the infringement as: Non-compliance with the obligations set out in the Law of 12 November 2004 on AML/CFT, as amended.
