On 9 November 2023 the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 25,000 on an undisclosed company. The CAA describes the infringement as: Non-compliance with the obligations set out in the Law of 12 November 2004 on AML/CFT, as amended, and the Law of 19 December 2020 on the implementation of restrictive measures in financial matters, as amended.
