On 10 January 2024 the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 1,682,000 on Lombard International Assurance S.A. (Life insurance). The decision was published on 20 March 2024. The CAA describes the infringement as: Non-compliance with the obligations set out in the Law of 12 November 2004 on AML/CFT, as amended.
