On 5 November 2024 the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 61,000 on Edmond de Rothschild Assurances and Conseils (Europe) S.A. (Brokerage). The decision was published on 15 January 2025. The CAA describes the infringement as: Non-compliance with the obligations set out in the Law of 12 November 2004 on AML/CFT, as amended.
