On 2 December 2025 the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) imposed a public statement on an insurance undertakings. The decision was published on 13 February 2026. The CAA describes the infringement as: Distribution of insurance products within the EEA through an entity not holding a licence or being registered in a register of distributors.
