On 6 November 2023 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 16,000 on a support PFS. The decision was published on 13 February 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with deadlines for the communication of information to the CSSF and the transmission of year-end documents.
