On 11 January 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 7,500 on a specialised PFS. The decision was published on 27 February 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with an injunction letter issued by the CSSF following significant delays in the submission of annual closing documents.
