On 8 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 55,500 on Lemanik Asset Management S.A (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 30 April 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to the oversight of its delegates Administrative decision.
