On 9 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 10,000 on Corestate Capital Holding S.A. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
