On 13 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 18,580 on M7 Portuguese Active Fund General Partner S.à r.l (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 15 April 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with the obligation of registration applicable to alternative investment fund managers as referred to in the provisions of Article 3(2) of the amended Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers.
