On 14 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative decision on System Solutions Luxembourg S.A (Support PFS). The decision was published on 2 August 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as failing to comply with a CSSF injunction.
