On 19 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 97,500 on TALABOT INVESTMENTS LLP (Credit institutions). The decision was published on 5 April 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to prior notification of a qualifying holding in a credit institution.
