On 21 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 14,000 on Petricca & Co Capital S.A (Investment funds and vehicles). The decision was published on 9 December 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with the professional obligation related to the transmission of year-end documents.
