On 21 February 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 14,000 on Zeus Asset Management S.A (Investment funds and vehicles). The decision was published on 9 December 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with the professional obligation related to the transmission of year-end documents.
