On 7 March 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 20,000 on Baumann & Partners S.A (Investment firms). The decision was published on 26 April 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to prior notification of changes in direct and indirect shareholding structure of an investment firm.
