On 26 March 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative decision on DNB Asset Management S.A (Investment funds and vehicles). The decision was published on 10 September 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general organisational requirements, oversight of delegates, rules of conduct and EMIR obligations.
