On 28 March 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 45,900 on Zeus Asset Management S.A (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 4 July 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general organisational requirements, oversight of delegates, conduct in managing a fund, acting with due care in the best interest of the fund and anti-money laundering/counter financing of terrorism.
