On 2 April 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 126,200 on abrdn Investments Luxembourg S.A (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 12 July 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general organisational requirements, oversight of delegates, and anti-money laundering/counter financing of terrorism.
