On 8 May 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 3,000,000 on BGL BNP Paribas S.A (Credit institutions). The decision was published on 8 July 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to anti-money laundering / counter financing of terrorism.
