On 18 June 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 23,000 on Vistra Fund Management S.A (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 19 September 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general organisational requirements, oversight of delegates, and use of external valuers.
