On 19 July 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 40,000 on Dock Financial S.A (Payment institutions/electronic money institutions/AISPs). The decision was published on 25 September 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to “anti-money laundering / counter financing of terrorism”.
