On 22 August 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 30,000 on ADLER Group S.A. The decision was published on 23 August 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
