On 28 August 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 10,000 on MAX GAIN CAPITAL S.À R.L (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 8 November 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with the obligation to cooperate with the CSSF as referred to in the provisions of the law of 12 November 2004 relating to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
