On 2 October 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 45,000 on the investment firm 2 PM Europe S.A (Investment firms). The decision was published on 13 December 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to the “MiFID II” framework.
