On 14 October 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed a reprimand on J.P. Morgan SE, Luxembourg Branch (Credit institutions). The decision was published on 22 January 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to restrictive measures in financial matters.
