On 18 November 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 29,000 on Andreas Capital S.A (Investment firms). The decision was published on 8 January 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related liquidity requirements of investment firms.
