On 19 November 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 10,000 on a réviseur d’entreprises agréé. The decision was published on 25 February 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to statutory audit.
