On 28 November 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 27,000 on INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE ACTIVITIES S.A., in short INTERCORP S.A (Specialised PFS). The decision was published on 12 March 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to “antimoney laundering / counter financing of terrorism”.
