On 5 December 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 250,000 on UBS Asset Management (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 20 December 2024. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general requirements, organisational requirements, oversight of delegates, disclosure to investors, risk and liquidity management systems, conflicts of interests and valuation.
