On 19 December 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 696,547 on Funds Avenue S.A (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 30 January 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general organisational requirements and rules of conduct.
