On 24 December 2024 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 14,000 on ActivTrades Europe S.A (Investment firms). The decision was published on 3 April 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to “antimoney laundering / counter financing of terrorism”.
