On 5 March 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 10,000 on UNIPRO Capital a.s. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
