On 1 April 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 207,310 on BNY Mellon Fund Management (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 20 May 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to general organisational requirements.
