On 15 May 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 25,000 on Collaboration Betters The World PSF S.à r.l (Support PFS). The decision was published on 1 October 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with the obligation of prior notification in case of changes in the indirect shareholding.
