On 10 June 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 7,500 on a specialised PFS. The decision was published on 30 July 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with an injunction issued by the CSSF following significant delays in the submission of annual closing documents.
