On 20 June 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 20,000 on Corestate Capital Holding S.A. The decision was published on 24 June 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
