On 16 July 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 18,136 on Zeus Asset Management S.A (Investment fund managers). The decision was published on 20 October 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to rules of conduct, organisational requirements and investment policies of UCITS.
