On 28 July 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed a reprimand on a bank. The decision was published on 2 December 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to “anti-money laundering / counter financing of terrorism”.
